1997年のベベル用ギヤカッター研削盤NCG125/205の業務提携契約を機にグリーソン社と（株）斎国製作所は、協力関係を深めてまいりました。NCG機は、日本国内のみならず北米、アジア各国に輸出され、その出荷実績は80台以上になります。グリーソン社と共同で開発したベベルカッター用スティックブレード専用研削盤BPGは、20台以上の出荷実績を達成。今後も進化するグリーソン スティックブレード技術を取り入れBPGの機能充実を図ってまいります。
Gleason and Saikuni agreed on bevel cutter sharpener to sell and market NCG machine to worldwide market back in 1997. Total number of NCG machine has sold over 80 machines to worldwide market. Co-development of Gleason Blade Profile Grinder was released and installed more than 20 machines. This BPG machine is continued to have series of blade enhancement function.

Employing hi-speed and hi-accuracy LED/CCD system allows to measure blade geographic and calculate the difference between nominal data and actual blades then transfer such correction data to BPG machine.

Since its introduction, Gleason has shipped over 30 CNC High-Speed Horizontal Hobbing Machines. The concept of this machine is localization. Using Fanuc system and Japanese electric components as well as meeting customer requests, such as customer safety standards and special requirements as much as possible, is the reason for high rate of repeated orders.

グリーソン社は株式会社岡本工作機械製作所と1991年に円筒歯車研削盤に関わる技術及び販売提携を行いました。1994年には高精度と高生産性を持った初の共同開発機TAG400を発表致しました。またその後継機の400GXも開発し多くのご好評を頂いております。
The Gleason Works and Okamoto Machine Tool Works Ltd. entered technical and marketing agreement in 1991 involving the Cylindrical Gear Grinder. In 1994, first jointly developed TAG400, which has high production capability along with high accuracy, was introduced. In recent years, succession machine of TAG400, highly regarded 400GX has been developed.
